What I can help you with......

Counselling

I work with people for both long or short term therapy.

The types of sessions I offer, are either online via Zoom, Whatsapp, telephone or Walk and talk.

I have extensive training in creative therapies, so I am able to use creative techniques like drawing, cards, journaling, dolls and much more....

I am also Trauma and attachment trained and informed.

I work on a case by case basis, online with young people from 14 yrs and up.

Over the years I've gained knowledge and experience from working with a diverse range of people and have always found that when we work towards a common goal together, experimenting, developing self awareness and coping strategies that suit a persons principles and lifestyle, then empowerment and resilience to life's challenges can follow.

Supervision

Supervision is an important part of what we do as Counsellors, without this valuable time we just couldn't continue to do what we do for our client's.

My approach to supervision is very down to earth and relaxed.

I am trained in Shohet and Hawkins seven eyed model, so together we focus on the relationships and what is happening in the moment, using a range of techniques. These can include.......

  • Art

  • Cards

  • Dolls

  • Sandtray

  • Roleplay

  • Visulisation/Imagery

  • Mindfulness

Eco-Supervision

I have specialised in Eco therapy and feel passionate about the outdoors and the benefits of getting in to the natural environment, therefore it seems natural for me to offer supervision this way.

Would you like to learn more about using the outdoors in therapy? Do you feel you would benefit from a few practice sessions? Not sure where to start with the paper work?

Feel free to ask how I can help you gain confidence to take your clients out side.

For further information on qualifications take a look here or feel free to contact me and ask.....

The most important part of supervision is the relationship, so I offer a 30 minute free introductory session, this gives us time to get to know each other and allows you the opportunity to ask questions.
