What is Ecotherapy?

Ecotherapy is literally therapy in nature, some people refer to it as " walk and talk therapy" but we don't even have to walk! We can just sit!

Many people find relaxation and enjoyment being in nature, wether in the form of walking amongst our rolling green Devon hills or laying on a sunny beach listening to the sounds of the water lapping our beautiful shorelines. Ecotherapy builds on this love of nature that we have, by offering us a safe rich natural environment to explore what maybe happening in our lives.

Please be aware that a consultation will be required to adapt sessions to your needs and this will include a risk assessment.
