What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a complimentry therapy that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to support you making positive changes in your life. In this relaxed state ( known as trance ) our minds can become more open to helpful suggestions and new perspectives that enable personal growth and in turn chanes behaviours.

Using a combination of evidenced based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, working collaboratively and being flexible, with your goals and needs being the priority to ensure you, the best possible experience.
What to expect....
Each session will typically last 60 minutes and begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs. Together, we'll create a tailored plan that aligns with your goals. Whether you're new to Hypnosis or have prior experience, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy overseen by, and to the standards of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council with a registered trainer.
